Casa da Palha is a rehabilitation of an old barn and storage meant to support the farm back then. Its Azorean architectural style of basaltic stone typical of the archipelago is still present, perfectly connected to the modern alterations that express and allow the comfort of the present days – here you’ll find the style of erstwhile and the ease of today. An example of this perfect relation is an old and emblematic stone fountain standing in the living room.

This house has two floors – the first one has two double bedrooms, with private bathroom and heating. The ground floor has a full equipped kitchen, a dinner room, a living room with fireplace, cable TV, comfortable accommodations for your free time, and a large terrace with an inspirational view over the city and the Atlantic Ocean.
